Hi, Please perform the following steps to see if it works: In Fax Services Manager, right-click Fax and choose properties. In security tab, highlight the user that you want to grand permissions (for example, administrator), chick 'Advanced', then double-click the administrator item. In 'Permission Entry for Fax' dialogue, click 'view outgoing fax job' and 'mange outgoing fax job' items in Allow column. If this symbol still continues, please post back.

Has anyone found a fix for this problem? We rely on the fax console to see if faxes have not been sent. On Server 2003, one person could be responsible for monitoring the outbox to see if any faxes were unsuccessful. Now, in Server 2008, every single employee must check the outbox to see if they have any faxes that are unsuccessful. The fix suggested on this thread did not work for us either. I also notice that there has not been any activity on this and one other thread dealing with the same issue since 2008. Has everyone gone back to Server 2003? Or just dealing with lost functionality?

Hi, i have the same problem. I set all option in properties tab, but i can't see al the outgoing faxes. I use API to connect to fax server to read sent and received faxes and even in this mode i can see only received faxes. All sent operations are hidden and they can be read only by the sender. THIS IS A GREAT PROBLEM. I read about his problem in other Ms forums and even there no responses from MS.MS Support WHERE ARE YOU ? I am planning to go back to W2003. W2008 too similar to Vista = same success as Vista ?

No response........ None of the MSFT support have to say something about this problem. I expected that someone can tell me that its W2k8 has not this error and that he can see all send faxes of all users... I can't continue with this doubt. In other forums i see users that have the same error even there with non responses from MS. I can expect someona that tell us that in SP2 the problem is resolved. NO. I think that i 'll come back to W2K3 and that i use it for me and for my customers up to i can do it.Thanks to support for answers..... I ask to other users to add there opionion on this problem.I'll send a new post every day up to i ll receive an answer to this error.
