Typing inetmgr in the command prompt doesn't help. I don't see an entry in Administrative Tools to open it. I cannot find inetmgr.exe in Windows Server 2008 R2. I looked in C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv.

Hi, Normally, the InetMgr.exe is located in %Systemroot%\System32\inetsrv folder if you install the Web Server(IIS) role on your server. Please try to remove and re-add this role and see if it works.
