Cannot logon as user in new domain

Hello All,

I am upgrading 3 users from a 2003 domain to an existing 2012R2 domain. I have a new server, and I add the system(windows 7), I add the user and then I join the system to the domain, login as myself or another existing user and all works fine, when I try to logon as one of the new users, it connects but says it has created a temporary profile and that I will not be able to save any work on the domain.

Not sure what is happening, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx,

Bruce

So this only happens with one of the three users? As far as I know, you may have temporary profile issue when current user's profile (the files and folders located under C:\Users\user_name) is corrupted.

Please try to delete the old/corrupted profile from the computer, then log off and log in again to verify the result.
