Hi Dom, As Dave has indicated, there is no Service Pack 3 for Windows Server 2003. The latest Service Pack is Service Pack 2. To troubleshoot this problem, please follow the steps below: 1. Navigate to: HKLM\software\microsoft\update services\server\setup 2. Create a string value ServerCertificateName and set its data to the FQDN of the Certificate server. 3. Re-run the setup.
