Cannot get Hotfix
Yes I'm sure I need it - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958652 There is one more I need too - and getting same error. Is someone from MS able to send a download link for this KB.

Hi, I am unable to download hotfix KB958652 - or any other hotfix. The message I receive is: The system is currently unavailable. Please try back later, or contact support if you want immediate assistance.http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support I have gone through the support options several times but it cannot get a download link. Anyone steer me in the right direction?

I can't get at this through my Premier logon either - "an unexpected error has occurred"... but... are you sure you need this HF? Have you checked if it is included in a servicepack like SP2 - it's a very old HF?? edit: this HF is included in SP2: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335033(WS.10).aspx Don

can you ping to the microsoft sites. first check your internet connectivity if you want manually download the updates from http://catalog.update.microsoft.comDarshana Jayathilake

Hi, no I cannot ping any MS sites - I thought this was usual? Microsoft update catalogue does not return a hit for this KB. Anyone from MS able to post a download link?
