Ever since yesterdays outage in East Australia I now keep getting SQL server connection timeouts on my web site. I would like it to be investigated but I cannot find where in the new portal to submit a service issue.

Any help appreciated.

In the new Azure portal, https://portal.azure.com/

• Click on your Name on the right top corner.
• From the dropdown choose Help+Support.
• In the Help+Support blade, choose New Support Request and fill in the detail according to your issue.
