I'm setting up site recovery between an on-premises Hyper-V site and azure. I'm trying to make a protection group but I'm getting this error.

Hello,
Please can you share the version of the Provider that you are using. You can find this by going to the Control Panel->Add Remove Programs and then looking that the Version info for Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Provider.
Next download and run this tool to collect the necessary logs SDP Tool and share the cab file with us for investigation.
