Cannot create Redis cache in Enterprise subscription

I'm trying to create a Redis cache in an Enterprise subscription but portal.azure.com only allows me to select my MSDN subscription. In the dropdown at the top of the portal that opens when I click my name I can see Directories. That lists Default Directory (with my my msdn subscription below), Standard catalogue (my enterprise subscription) and xxx (a resource group).

When I select my enterprise subscription it always reverts to my default directory.

When I try to create a Redis cache, in the Subscription selection, I can only chose my Msdn subscription.

Is this supposed to work?

Hi,

This issue involves several types of subscription, it is hard for me to reproduce this issue, about this account related issue, please try to contact with azure support, it is a good choice, and I think you could get a better support, the support channel is: http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/

Sorry for unmarking that as an answer, but it really wasn't an answer.

Hi Mathias,

As Jambor suggested, please create support ticket with Azure team. The issue seems to be with particular account and the new Portal is still under preview, we cannot get much background data for the exact cause of this issue as it requires PII information.
