Cannot create Hyper-V virtual switch - network bridge already in use

I'm trying to create a new external switch in Hyper-V on Windows 10. I've had switches before, but needed to delete and recreate them regularly because the network bridge would disappear. This time when I tried to create a new switch I get an error:

The virtual switch cannot be bound to the WiFi adapter because the network bridge is already in useError message

I current have no other switches besides the one I am trying to create

In device manager, even with hidden devices shown, I don't see any virtual switches

Is there anywhere else I can see where this ghost bridge is and get rid of it?

Thanks
