Cannot Connect Clients to Server
I have a Dell Poweredge SC 1420 Server with Raid 1 Running Window Small Business Server 2003 with the latest service pack. The disks are set up with 2 partitions. The C: partition contains the operating system and the D: partition contains programs and data. The d: partition is half full. This morning I got a message that there is insufficient space on the c: partition and could not logon as a local user. I tried moving the "Users Shared Folders" to the D: partition. Now the cliet computers cannot connect to the server. I then tried removing and reinstalling one client computer but this did not cure the problem. How can I reconnect the clients? Thanks for your help.

Did you follow the directions in the following link when you moved user shared folders? http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?FamilyID=a1d0af69-1287-4225-bd8b-59c89f44984b&displaylang=en

Hi rprdds, Thanks for posting here. >I tried moving the "Users Shared Folders" to the D: partition. How did you do that ? manually moved ? you should roll back this changing first and make all data back to the original path , after that following the introduction in the article that Michael posted to migrate the date to partition D.
