Need clarity on Web Portal installation-- Can i install Share point and web Portal in the server where i have installed Data Warehouse Management  server is installed....

I am pretty sure these can co-exists, but whether this is a good idea is a whole other matter. If a production environment provide the portal with its own server (and install both portal roles there).

It shouldn't, but I would recommended to atleast install an additional instance and install the SP and portal databases there.
