I planned to install W2k12 server OS. Unfortunately, i have been given limited disk space.

1. Can i install w2k12 server OS in 30GB disk space?

2. If can, will there be any issues/problem to be worried?

Looks like 32 gB minimum. You'll probably want at least 50 Gb or more depending on applications.
