I do not believe you can load the entire cube into RAM and even if you were able to do so, I don't think you'll be able to solve you performance issues.

A tabular mode cube is located in memory.
There is no direct way to force a "classic" multidimension cube to be loaded completly, but after processing of the cube you can warm up the cache, see
