Can I use 10 Azure SQL Database-Elastic Database-Premium Elastic's Database by $0.0075/hr * eDTU + $0.0084/hr * Database count ?
I want to check the total cost to using Azure SQL Database's Elastic Database.

Simulation 1:
  eDTU = 200,
  Elastic Database Pool = Premium Elastic,
  Elastic Databases = Premium Elastic,
  Number of Databases = 10.

  ? Total Price/hr = $0.0075/hr * 200 eDTU + $0.0084/hr * 10 Databases = $1.584/hr ?
