Hi, I have successfully used a Secondary DPM server to backup a primary DPM server on the same network router using Gigabit and with two sets of licenses. However can the primary DPM server use a SAN attached to it and back up to the SAN BMR of itself? Can i do this using the Licenses only on the Primary DPM? or must i have a secondary DPM and secondary Licenses to backup the primary DPM? To recap, Can the Primary DPM backup BMR and System State of the Primary DPM to a SAN, so that in the event Primary DPM went down we can rebuilt it by the data on the SAN?
