When upgrading our sql database, we get the following error:

Database scale operation from Business to S2 Standard failed for CBListing_Dev. ErrorCode: BadRequest ErrorMessage: The operation is not supported for your subscription offer type.

According to another thread (here) this is a subscription issue. We have opened a couple of tickets in Azure and this issue has yet to be resolved. Please help as we are concerned about a possible outage this weekend due to the retiring Business subscriptions on our production databases.
