Hi Biz-Infotech,
According to your description, there seems be some hardware problem for your Dell PowerEdge 1750 server.
To confirm it, please first check whether the installation CD/DVD is corrupted. To do this, please use another installation CD/DVD that you
know works properly to install the Windows Server 2008 OS.
If the installation still fails, it is recommended that you contact Dell support Center to check the hardwares.
Here’s the troubleshooting guide of Dell PowerEdge 1750 server for your reference.

We installed Windows Server 2003 standard edition and had no issue with it. The hardware runs perfectly under windows 2008 standard edition. We even attempted upgrade 2003 to 2008 and ran into same issue. It starts installing and when it reboots to complete
install, it fails.
