We are experiencing difficulty installing windows server 2008 standard edition 32bit. After selecting Boot from CD/DVD the systems reboots never gets to installation.

We installed Windows Server 2003 standard edition and had no issue with it. The hardware runs perfectly under windows 2008 standard edition. We even attempted upgrade 2003 to 2008 and ran into same issue. It starts installing and when it reboots to complete install, it fails.
