Hello Community I am trying to download the the DVD Image for SQLFULL_X64_ENU.EXE (SQL Server trial) and when I click the link it takes me to a screen that says "SQL Server Download Center". The message says: "Please wait while the Download Manager begins your download". The problem is that the information bar says: "An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security setting in Internet Options for potential conflicts". I had previously wnent into Internet Explorer to Options and enabled Downloads. What do I further have to do to download SQLFULL_X64_ENU.EXE? Thank you Shabeaut

Hi, Please try to reset IE settings first: How to reset Internet Explorer settings http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 If the problem continues, please let us know the Operating System version on this computer. If this computer is in a domain, please run rsop.msc to check if there is any related group policy that caused this problem. Regards, Bruce

Add the download site to your trusted zone, by default the zone allows downloads.
