Can't create subscriptions

Hi All,

After creating an organisational account and adding card details, I am still unable to add a subscription.

I can't add either free trial or a pay as you go subscription. I can't even create a support request as it requires subscription information. Even the link that says 'Can't sign-in or login problems' is broken.

We are building a SaaS offering and need to be cracking on asap. Can't afford to waste time to get access sorted out.

What are my options? Is there a support number I can call? Or should I ditch Azure all together and go for AWS?

What kind of subscription you are trying to create?

If you are enrolling on your own you can create only pay as you go. You can go through partners to get OLP or EA.

Ig you have partner/MSDN/BizSpark subscription you need to enroll through coresponding portal, from MSDN page follow activision link for MSDN/BizSpark or from MPN portal for partner subscription.
