I have a web server in one sub net and db server in another sub net (they are not in domain, but in workgroups). To test the connection I wrote a simple windows forms .Net application and ran the application right on web sever inputing the connection string. I only get the following error instead of getting connected.
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)
I googled it. I got of results but nothing is related to what I've been trying.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
