Can't access Azure SQL Database from portal

I am getting this message: 

Some features are not currently available for the server <my Azure SQL Server> in subscription <my Subscription ID> since the server information could not be retrieved at the moment. Please wait a few minutes and then try this operation again.

The databases for server <my Azure SQL Server> located in region West US for subscription <my Subscription ID> could not be retrieved. Please wait a few minutes and then try this operation again.

My Azure SQL Database and Database server are not showing up in my portal. They are operational but I can't look at the stats on them or any information about them or configure them. How do I get this fixed? The service health page shows all the Azure site resources are fully operational. This has been going on for hours.

Both West and East US were impacted and we're seeing mitigation on our side. Let us know if you're still seeing this issue.
