I am facing a problem. I think my answer is in the use of calculation but I don't know how to do that.

The problem is

Person Group Status

A 1 X

A 2 X

A 3 Y

B 1 Y

B 1 Y

...

If the  person has at least one group for which his status is X, his global status shall be X

The goal is to have on a report the number of persons by global status whatever the group

Someone can help me please ?
