C Drive Out Of Space, Repartition Windows Server 2003
I have a Dell PowerEdge 830 running Windows Server 2003 with 3 HDD's on a single RAID array, and I've just added a 1TB HDD on an second, independent array. The C: drive (where Windows is installed) has run out of space. It was originally configured
to only have 10GB, and that's not nearly enough. There is an E: drive that has the remaining 140GB of the same 3 RAID HDD's, but that does me no good since I can't simply copy and paste the OS installation. I'm trying to find the right way to extend
the C: drive's capacity without losing any data. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Of course you cannot simple copy and paste the OS installation. As there is free space of partition E on the same RAID array, you just need to shrink drive E and get some unallocated space, after that, you can extend the system partition with the unallocated
space.
For detailed steps, see
how to extend c drive on server 2003.
Remember to backup your system, as no partition software is 100% secure.
Additional, to operating system, RAID is the same as physical drive. If there is free space on other virtual partition of the same RAID, you can shrink, extend to resize partitions. It is impossible if you want to extend partition with the space of another
independent RAID array.

As this thread quiet for a while, I wonder if you have solved your problem. Assuming you have fixed, in case of who have the same problem. I think there is a better solution to

Yes, we have found the right way to extend C: drive’s capacity without any data loss. Maybe you have found the different way and extended the C: drive, the resource I shared still can give others reference.
Here is the partition magic server store, with the detail instruction about
