I am getting an error as login is from an untrusted domain

ip address is non static i want to make it as static

1) You can not use Windows authentication when you try to connect from an untrusted domain, here you can only use SQL authentication.

2) IP address is a machine level setting, not on SQL Server Level. Do you mean the IP port instead? => Configure a Server to Listen on a Specific TCP Port (SQL Server Configuration Manager)
