We have found that with some of our field sites, using server 2008, the server with be pingable, but unresponsive. When we view the system status in the RSA, we see the message "CPU's held in reset". Anyone have any ideas on this, why it happens, how to prevent it, etc.

I have 2 choices: ACPI x86-based PC & advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) PCI have the ACPI x86-based PC HAL loaded.............any recommendations?
