i have few questions.

1. changing the names of measure  in cube from Total Profit to Total GM.

2.Dimensions needs to be deleted/hidden

3.  dimensions should be moved from Item(1 folder) to productmaster(another folder).

4. move the dimension from bottom to top(one above it).

5.what are  budget measures?

a.COGOS

b.QTY

c.TURNOVER

If yes the names needs to reflect the names as above and needs to be placed in a folder named Budget and we need the same type of measures as in the consolidated cube.(COGS need to be named CoGs instead and Margin and Margin % needs to be named GM instead).

Is this a cube of your own design or a sample? Also what tools are using and what version of SSAS are you working in?

For your questions

1. In BIDS/SSDT, you can go to "Cube Structure" to rename a measure directly, and redeploy it to make it work.

2. We can delete a dimension directly. To hide a dimension, we need to specify it in Role security. Please see:   Configuring permissions for SQL Server Analysis Services

3. All dimensions are under Dimensions folder. And we can't move one dimension into another.

4. All dimensions can only be sorted by name, which means in Alphabet order. It's not supported to sort in other way.

5. If measures are using same fact table and used for related purpose. You can put them into one Measures Group and rename them as you expect. Please see: Measures and Measure Groups
