I have an Offline 2008 Root CA and a 2008 Issue CA. My Root CA CRL has expired and I am not sure what to do to renew that expired CRL. Can someone please give me the correct steps to renew just the expired CRL?

That RootCA CRl that is expired is located on the Issue CA. Whe I look at my Enterprise PKI I see the experation. I have tried to copy the CRL from the root to the issuer server and still can not get it to become not expired.

Got it with "certutil -f -dspublish c:\cert\*.crl"
