CALs for anonymous access
I am planning to setup a anonymous print server in the network. Can you someone advice if I need to purchase any CALs at all? If so, does it base on the number of users who actually use the service/server. Thanks

Hi, As far as I know, you do not need to install the CAL when building the print server. The remote desktop CAL is required when making a remote session on the Terminal server. Please refer to the following articles to be familiar with CAL on the Terminal server. Terminal Server Licensing (Windows Server 2003) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc738128(WS.10).aspx Remote Desktop Licensing (Windows Server 2008) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725933.aspx Meanwhile, if you have any licensing concerns, you can call 1-800-426-9400 (select option 4), Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (PST) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. To find contact information for a worldwide office, visit http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide/default.aspx . Thanks.
