Bug in tasklist.exe on Server 2008 R2
Running:
tasklist /fi "MEMUSAGE gt 4194304"
returns all tasks. It seems tasklist has an overflow problem with a MEMUSAGE of greater than 4194303. The number appears to be wrapping a 32-bit unsinged value * 1024.

he means:
tasklist /fi "MEMUSAGE gt 4194300" - works as expected, returns no processes (assumign none > 4GB)
tasklist /fi "MEMUSAGE gt 4194304" - returns all tasks, which is wrong

Yes, that is what I mean. You cannot search for a task that uses > 4GB memory.
