My new Win2008 R2 server has developed the nasty habit of restarting every couple of days or so. I just bought the server and have not added and hardware or drivers to it. I am running Hyper-V with two VM's. The VM's are not shutting down. I looked in Event Viewer\System and noticed the bug check errors.
