BugCheck 27 regularly on 2008 R2 Server
Server is an IBM x3550, 18G RAM, 2x146GB SAS Drives on a ServeRAID controller and a large volume hanging off a FibreChannel HBA (QL2300) connected to an IBM DS4700 SAN.
We have randomly received:

BugCheck 27, {baad0073, fffff880090d4318, fffff880090d3b70, fffff800016fa29a}
Including twice in one day. Unfortunately, we don't seem to get a usable dump from the machine (I have switched off all of IBM's recovery tools)
I found the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981109 which was referenced in some other writeups, and product support sent me the fix (Windows6.1-KB981109-x64.msu)
But when I unpack it, I get the message: "The update is not applicable to your computer"
IBM's DSA (Hardware Diagnostics) show up clean, but I noticed that around the last two outages I have EventID 1 from WHEA-Logger

This would appear to be telling me I have a nasty hardware problem, but how to decode it?
Suggestions? Comments?

Thank you, but I am not looking for anyone to debug it for me, I am capable of doing so for myself.
I should have been more precise in my question, and I am interested in decoding the WHEA information. These seems to be scant details available. I'd be happy to be proven wrong of course.
