Does anyone think this time we might be able to browse for folders by using shortcuts?

I think what he was trying to say was that he'd like to be able to navigate files using shortcuts via the Browse for Folder dialog commonly used in windows applications.

I've noticed that those Browse for Folder dialogs in Windows apps, don't even give you a footplate let alone the ability to be able to navigate files via shortcuts. What is the reason for this obvious inadequacy?
