Boot Error Message
I am getting the following error message on Windows Server 2003: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe I tried replacing the file but that did not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Follow the suggestions discussed in the aforementioned thread, instead of XP CD, use 2003 CD.I do not represent the organisation I work for, all the opinions expressed here are my own.
