Blue screen error installing server2003 SP2 VL.
Hi,
After server 2003 boots and loads drivers, just before installation begins, i receive a blue screen.
iv'e tried a couple of posts, changed hard drive, changed down cpu to one core etc. but nothing seems to work.
The machine is a - i7 2600k cpu
- asus p8z68-v motherboard.
compatibility problem?

Hi,
Did you set SATA controller to AHCI? If so, please try to switch it to IDE or compatibility to see whether the same issue occur.

I Installed server 2008 and it works fine.
I did set sata to ahci and still no success.
looks like i have to dig deep in my pockets for a license for 08.
