Analyze memory dump file to narrow down the cause of this issue. I suggested to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) so that a dedicated Support Professional can help you on this issue. There is no non Microsoft services except Zabbix agent and vmware tools. Clean windows 2008 r2 + exchange 2010. I always get this error on backup task. Can this help? Computer stops responding when you run an application that uses the Windows Filtering Platform API in Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/?id=2664888 thanks

Many times driver(SW or HW) updates/hot fixes resolves blue screen issues of servers. So, try to run above hot fix and keep the server in observation. Also check for the difference whether server crashes or not? Regards, Ravikumar P

First thing I'd check based on probability of a 3rd party driver higher up in the stack causing the issue and this is a network driver I'd update the NIC firmware and Drivers. Does this issue occur regularly or was it a one time occurence?Doug Kentner

This is virtual machine, and this always occur during windows backup to shared folder. How to update driver if vmware tools and hotfixes are installed, what else to update? And this fix I not sure it is related to my situation, I don't want just to try in prod environment: Computer stops responding when you run an application that uses the Windows Filtering Platform API in Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/?id=2664888
