i have a blueScreen always that reboot my server. Only if i choose boot with signature enforcement, the OS run correctly.

Start with minidump and Nirsoft BSOD viewer. Otherwise do analysis with WinDBG (part of WDK package).

Consider what yo did before this BSOD started to appear.
