Hi, Our production SQL Server box is getting a black screen of death. We had a power failure so the machine did not shut down properly and after the power was restored it boots up to a black screen Server: intel serverboard s3200sh O/S: win 2003 32bit (think sp2) Any ideas what i can try?

Hi, Yes, it gets to the above screen, then for a split second a blue screen of death and then black. Blue screen to quick to see what the codes is. Having a look at the urls you posted?

Hi, My solution: Repaired the instalation with a win 2003 disk. Was still some errors so converted the server to a hyper-v server and now redoing the server with latest software.
