Biztalk Receive a HL7 ORU message error

I try to receive a ORU message, and Receive pipleline is BTAHL7XReceivePipeline

and I made a Receive ORUMessageType which is a multi-part Message including 3 parts

MSHSegment(schema is MSH_25_GLO_DEF), BodySegment(schema is ORU_R01_23_GLO_DEF) and ZSegment(string data type)

but I got this message parse error on receive pipeline, dont know why?

It looks like data issue. Did you validate your schema against your inbound file without any issue?

Yea, I follow up that thread to create party in BizTalk Administration and config that in BTAHL7 Configuration explorer

uncheck "Validate body segments" and "Validate custom data types"

check "Allow trailing delimiters"

schema namespace http://microsoft.com/HealthCare/HL7/2X

and still get that validation error below

do you have any idea?
