I am getting error when configuring the BizTalk server.

Adding BAM Tools to an already configured BizTalk Group requires that you restart the BizTalk Service for that group. (BAMTools)

Quick help would be much appreciated.

That warning message is always displayed, except when the Group and BAM are configured at the same time.

It is not anything specific to your environment or anything you've done wrong.  Just ignore it, assuming you will restart the BizTalk Host Instances at some point anyway.
