I'm looking for some applications can help me in monitoring and adminisration for Biztalk 2004. As you know, there's no Biztalk administration consol for this version of Biztalk.

This is has been unsupported for ages. However for BizTalk Server 2004, you can use the BizTalk Explorer in Visual Studio 2005 for managing your BizTalk Server. 

For monitoring you use the HAT.
