I'm working in a startup and we have the BizSpark account subscriptions.

My question is about what happens when the monthly credit ends, before the end of the month.

The cost of the services we have will be automatically charged to our credit card or we need to add a new subscription to cover the expenses?

This link answers your question. What it comes down to is that when you're credit expires or is depleted you subscription will be suspended (you can't access or create any resources). You can prevent this from happening by lifting the spending limit using a credit-card as a backup.

Note that when your credit gets renewed, or you lift the spending limit, all resources are active again.
