Best Practice question - network printer - comments, location, etc.
I will be adding a larger number of printers to a new server. What's a *best practice* for information like the Comments and Location field? Does anyone put the port IP address in either field? What's your company "standard" for what you enter for those, and any other, network printer info? Thanks.

Hello, this belongs really to you and your company policies. Our fields contain informattion so that the users are able to find the location where the printer is.
