Base Filtering Engine timed out when starts
Hello! Sometimes I cannot connect to my remote server after reboot. When I log in locally i`ve seen that Windows Firewall didn`t started. I`ve started it and all became ok.
Also just reboot helps too.
I found out that Windows Firewall cannot start because it depends on BFE, that didnit start:
The Base Filtering Engine service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
But the fact I can run Firewall after several minutes locally says, that BFE can run normally later after reboot. How can i fix it?
Now i`ve set BFE service restart for first two failures and server reboot for subsequent ones as a workaround. Do I need to use delayed start for BFE or Firewall?
Windows 2008 DC
Thank you!

Setting the Windows Firewall to Automatic (Delayed) may help.
You can also schedule a task to execute upon reboot that will attempt to start the firewall. I have had to do this for our TMG servers for similar reasons to what you're experiencing. We simply created a job that waits for a delay of two minutes, then attempts
to start the firewall service for an additional ten minutes.

Hello,
This problem could happen if the value for a registry entry of the BFE service is incorrect.
Follow the instruction below to correct it.

After some research, I also found that this problem might have something to do with the GPO.
