OS : Windows Web Server 2008 R2

I manage 3 identical servers with the same OS and the same configuration.

One of the servers make full backups every night instead of incremental.

All three have the exact same backup settings, the other two work perfect.

3rd server use to make incremental backups, at some point something went wrong.

I can figure out what is the problem, any ideas ????

Please check the size of VSS shadow copy storage and the drive to storage the backup.

To check VSS shadow storage you can run "vssadmin list shadowstorage". 

Please see if they are enough storage space as the other 2 servers.

Meanwhile, please open Windows Server Backup - Configure Performance Settings. Please check if it is changed to Fast backup performance or Custom - Incremental backup. 

1. Your setup is wrong. 2. The back software has a bug.  Resolution1:You can ask another people to check the setting for you. Resolution2:Try to use another backup software.    Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 8.389 GB (7%)
   Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 8.706 GB (7%)
   Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 11.179 GB (10%)

I double checked Backup Performance Settings and tried with both options(Fast backup performance or Custom - Incremental backup), issue remains.

Please, can you give me any other direction?

1. setup is double checked by 3 people and is correct. back up software is "windows server backup".

Any other ideas ???
