Hi , MInidump wont help you to identify the problem. More over you do not have the binaries for the 3rd party device drivers. NDIS drivers are miniport drivers, you need to capture the bugcheck code and then use the link provided by Roy Mayo to identify the root cause, and later you need to check if there are updated versions of the drivers. Also it is advisable to post your query under the appropriate driver forum or to open a ticket with drivers guys ( this is last resort / for critical server issues ) . Getting a complete memory dump would help you to identify the root cause, but i would assume that at this point of time you are unable to restart the sever. Try Last known good configuration and safe mode with networking and post back.

Hi, You may contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request. To troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. Please be advised that contacting phone support will be a charged call. To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;OfferProPhone#faq607 Regards,Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
