BSOD question
Team,
I have just completed a system restore . I get the following blue screen error when i Reboot.
0x0000007b9 [ 0xf789Ea94, 0xc0000034 0x000000,0x000000]
This is a DL360 G5 Series box. I would like to know which subsystem or driver is failing.
I used a WINPE Cd and tried to enable the dump file. Even though the settings are correct for a DMP file, it not creatng a memory dump.
Can Someone help me to generate a dump file. The last option here is to use a null modem cable and do a rmeote debug. I would like to avoid that.
thanks

Hi,
According to the description, we find it seems to be a BSOD issue and we need to analyze the crash dump file to narrow down the root cause of the issue. Unfortunately, it is not effective for us to debug the crash dump file here in the forum. Therefore, I would
like to suggest that you contact Microsoft Customer service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request.
To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;OfferProPhone#faq607
Hope the issue will be resolved soon. Thanks and Regards

Hello,
I think you mean 0x7B as I had never seen a bug check code 0x7BE.
If it is 0x7B then have a look to this Microsoft article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559218(v=VS.85).aspx
please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (%systemroot%\minidumps like c:\windows\minidumps) and post a link here.
If you want to read dump files without my help, use Windbg and refer to this Microsoft article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263
Also, you can contact CSS to solve that.
