BSOD on Windows Server 2003 SP2
A server is experiencing blue screens. It happens with Symantec is scanning for viruses or downloading virus definitions. So I have reason to believe it has to do with the Symantec product. Can anyone tell me if there are any tools availabe for reading dump files? I contacted Symantec but they keep pointing me back to Microsoft. I would like to be able to identify the issue myself so that I can go back to whomever is responible to say "this is the problem..."
