BSOD - Windows Server Standard 2008 SP2 - Minidump in foreign language?

I'm getting a BSOD on our server but when I try to view the minidump files, I can't read them because they appear to be in Chinese. Any idea how to change that?

BTW, here is what I'm getting after the reboot:

OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.272.7
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

BCP4: 000000000001009F
OS Version: 6_0_6002

Any thoughts?
