BSOD - Windows Server 2008 R2 - cause by driver: ntoskrnl.exe

I have a VM that keeps hanging. Upon reboot I am seeing the below from BlueScreenView:

Hi Sir,

I would suggest you to check if the VM can boot into security mode , if yes , please try to perform a clean boot then check the result .
In addition you can check if there is any windows update or other update/software was installed recently you may try to uninstall them .

By the way it is not effective for us to debug the crash dump file here in the forum.You may analyze them with Debugging Tools by yourself. You can install it and its Symbol Packages from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/Devtools/Debugging/default.mspx
