I have stopped the data sync on our Azure data server, but it continues to process (5 days). When I try and forcible delete the sync it presents the following error

Cannot remove this sync group because one or more databases are currently provisioning, re-provisioning, de-provisioning, canceling sync or synchronizing. TracingId=0f95061b-4ec2-6194-b5be-3b2312513449

I have tried a number of ways to forcible stop it e.g. deleting the SQL database (it is our dev environment) and it is still not working.

The root cause of the SQL Data Sync is still under investigation. The product team can help to make some investigation at the backend. Please post the following information for further analysis:
1.Sync Group ID
2.Location
3.Subscription ID
